Milan Drecun
Milan leads IBB's international market development across the Balkans and Europe. Born in Montenegro and raised through the youth systems of KK Buducnost and KK FMP Belgrade, he came to the U.S. to play at Wilbraham & Monson Academy before completing his collegiate career at Endicott College. Today, Milan channels his own cross-Atlantic journey into identifying and mentoring top young talent from Serbia and Montenegro, guiding players through the transition to American basketball with the trust of regional federations, clubs, and families behind him.
